Basic Teachings of Bahá'u'lláh

Now humanity is reaching to its moral and spiritual maturity. This makes the unification of the human family possible and the construction of a peaceful global society. Amongst the principles promoted by the Bahá’í Faith as vital to achieve this goal we can find:

• Equality of rights and opportunities for men and women.
• The recognition of unity and relativity of the religious truth.  
• The elimination of extreme poverty and wealth. 
• Education for all humankind.
• The responsibility of each individual to investigate the truth independently
• The establishment of a World government.
• To recognize that religion is in harmony with reason and the search of scientific knowledge.
